Can the Heabit drink be integrated into a busy schedule and modern fast-paced lifestyle? What benefits can this “atomic habit” bring? And what is the original taste of Heabit associated with?

We spoke with Olea Havlitskaya, Key Account Manager at L'Oréal and part-time Nike Run Club pacer, about her first week with a new habit in her routine.

What does Olia's schedule look like, what inspires her, and how Heabit — a functional drink for energy, better digestion, and productivity — fits into her active life. Olya about 7 days with Heabit

Olya, tell us briefly about your lifestyle and wellness habits. What rituals help you stay energized despite your hectic schedule?

— For many years now, I have been living life like a squirrel in a wheel. At some point, I thought it was very strange and I needed to slow down, but then I realized that it is from this crazy rhythm that I draw energy and recharge.

The day starts with a workout — it can be either a run or a strength workout. After that, I feel much more confident during the working day. Then work: I am a purely office girl , so for me the office and concentration on work are the main attributes. And the evening ends with a workout at the Nike Run Club, where I work as a pacer, part of the club's coaching staff. And then, if I still have enough strength, evening study or a book.

The main rule in this crazy schedule is sufficient recovery. After all, the body has to get that energy from somewhere 🤌🏼

How and where did you first hear about Heabit? What were your expectations or requests for the product?

— I first learned about Heabit during the Shake Out Run in Nort.if and Chumakiv before the Frankivsk Half Marathon . At the finish line of the run, nutritious drinks were waiting for us 😍 it was very tasty and nutritious!

What were your first impressions of Heabit?

— I honestly admit, at first I thought the taste would be herbal, without a pronounced accent. But I was very surprised that Heabit tastes like a fresh apple with berries 😍 And if you add oat milk, the taste immediately changes and takes on new forms. And it tastes just as delicious!

What other variations of Heabit have you tried? Which combinations have you found most appealing?

— So far, I've only tried the classic Heabit on water and with oat milk . Both are very good. The drink is very convenient to drink during breakfast for better absorption of nutrients. It's definitely much more nutritious and tastier than coffee.

What observations can you make about your new Heabit habit? How has Heabit fit into your routine and have you experienced any changes in your well-being?

— I try to drink Heabit immediately after training during breakfast . After all, there is a rule that after training, all food that enters our stomach in the first 30-40 minutes is best absorbed. Accordingly, I try to drink it after breakfast or during it, so that the body, like a sponge, absorbs useful substances and recovers faster.

I feel that I have much more strength to wake up in the morning , but the most important thing is that I wake up and feel sleepy ! 😱 It's a shik-shak-shak, a long-forgotten feeling, especially when you live in Kyiv. And of course, I began to feel that my muscles became less tense , because metabolic processes began to occur better in the body, and accordingly, recovery is faster.
